1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pop77 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. pop77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be excluded from gambling under any applicable self-exclusion programme or court order.
4. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person in relation to the use of your Account.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of pop77 or any affiliated company, or a member of the immediate family of any such person.
6. You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited under local law.

3 Account Registration

To use pop77 Services, you must register a single Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and management:

• One Account per person. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, or device identifiers — will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, all associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities if fraud is suspected.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. pop77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that arises from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact pop77 support immediately via Live Chat.
• Non-transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account currency. All Accounts at pop77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. Where a payment provider processes a transaction in another currency, the conversion will be performed at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction, and any resulting exchange-rate difference is the User's responsibility.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pop77 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of that commitment, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.

pop77 may request any of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or correspondence from a government body, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., bank account statement for BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri; screenshot confirmation for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
• A selfie photograph of the User holding their identification document alongside a handwritten note with the date and "pop77".

pop77 reserves the right to suspend a User's Account or withhold withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documents have been submitted and verified to the Company's satisfaction. Submission of false or altered documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pop77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval).

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to the User's Account Balance in real time upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. pop77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the User's own name and matching the details on file with pop77. Cross-account withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission for verified accounts. In practice, most bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, and Mandiri are completed the same business day; e-wallet withdrawals to OVO and DANA are typically processed within the hour.
• pop77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.
• pop77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal review threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the User's part.
• Winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pop77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute a lower percentage, as specified per promotion. Sports bets and esports bets have their own contribution rates as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry. All Bonus Funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without exception.
• One bonus at a time. Only one promotional bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse and fraud. pop77 monitors Account activity for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk; using automated software or scripts. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus. Where a promotion specifies a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings, that cap applies regardless of the total amount accrued during the bonus period.

7 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pop77 Platform. Category-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports) are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pop77. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers from accounts identified as exhibiting professionally systematic or arbitrage betting patterns.
• Odds and prices. Odds displayed on the pop77 sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted. This applies to all markets including Asian Handicap, voor bola (goal handicap), Over/Under, and outright markets.
• Void bets. pop77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed (beyond the stated settlement period), or affected by a technical error that produced an incorrect price. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account Balance at the original stake amount.
• Settlement. Sportsbook and esports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for domestic Indonesian football, FIFA for international fixtures, Garena for Mobile Legends MPL). In the event of a dispute about the official result, pop77's decision is final.
• Slot games. All slot titles available on pop77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by the game provider's licensing authority. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by each game provider and available on request.
• Live casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the relevant game as published in the live studio interface. Disconnection from a live game during a round does not automatically void the round; the round will be settled according to the outcome that occurred, and any winnings or losses will be applied to the User's Balance accordingly.
• Mix parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a payout. If any single leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. Minimum odds and leg requirements per mix parlay bet are as stated on the sportsbook page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the pop77 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sharing of inside information in connection with any bet placed on pop77.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to generate guaranteed profit. Any winnings derived from a palpable error will be voided and the relevant stake returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime. pop77 cooperates with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspicious transactions without notice to the User.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to pop77 deposits. Accounts associated with chargeback activity will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant payment provider and, where applicable, law enforcement.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other service designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward pop77 staff or other Users via any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds, and legal action where appropriate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pop77 Platform — including but not limited to the pop77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of pop77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pop77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use the pop77 brand name or logo in any way that implies an endorsement or association not authorised by the Company.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pop77 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pop77 uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age during the KYC process.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and manage your Account.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Communicate with you about your Account, promotions, and Platform updates.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pop77 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• pop77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from: gambling outcomes; technical failures or interruptions; unauthorised Account access; reliance on information published on the Platform.
• pop77's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pop77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pop77 support via Live Chat or email. Before closing your Account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by pop77. pop77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pop77 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• The User has provided false information at registration or during the KYC process.
• The User has initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
• pop77 is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• The User has self-excluded from gambling through pop77's Responsible Gaming tools.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure or suspension, pop77 will review the Account balance. Where closure is initiated by the User and no breach of these Terms is identified, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, pop77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by pop77's licensing jurisdiction. For disputes between pop77 and Users based in Indonesia, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pop77's internal dispute process as follows:

1. Initial Contact. Submit a detailed written description of your dispute to pop77 support via email at [email protected]. Include your Account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.
2. Internal Review. pop77 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within two business days and provide a substantive written response within ten business days.
3. Escalation. If you are not satisfied with pop77's response, you may request escalation to a senior review panel. pop77 will complete this escalated review within a further fifteen business days.
4. Final Resolution. pop77's decision following the escalated review is final and binding with respect to all matters within the Company's operational discretion (including bet settlement decisions). Decisions that involve alleged breaches of these Terms by pop77 may be referred to the relevant licensing body for independent review.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pop77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pop77 will notify registered Users by email to the address on file and/or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
